The reception is carried out by six specialists simultaneously who will assist with any matters related to the Distribution System Operator’s operations. Including installation and operation of meters, electricity quality, connection to grids, transfer to electric heating and whatnot.

On August 17, Mayor of Kamianske, Andriy Bilousov, and General Director of DTEK Dnipro Grids, Andriy Tereshchuk, took part in the opening of the renovated Center.

«DTEK realizes the needs of modern clients. We are building a new client service: convenience and simplicity, possibility of receiving 90% of services online, informing via channels of our clients’ choice. Along with other CSCs of ours, the Center in Kamianske is ultimately versatile and operates on a single-window principle, disregard the registration address of a client. So that people of both Kamianske town and neighboring settlements can contact the Center for an advice,» General Director of DTEK Dnipro Grids Andriy Tereshchuk emphasizes.

To save time and optimize the visitors flows management, there is an electronic queue. Having obtained a ticket from a terminal, a client can track their number in the queue and get an access to any specialist who becomes available. There are also accessibility facilities in place for clients with disabilities, including ramps and call buttons. There is a kids’ space for visitors with children where they can leave them for some time to draw and play some developing games.

Mayor of Kamianske Andriy Bilousov has become the first client of the renovated CSC and checked the service quality.

«It is of utmost importance for us that DTEK Dnipro Grids company has revamped the Center here for reception of our citizens. More than 100 people contact it daily for assistance. Introduction of an electronic queue in the Center is also crucial for the client’s convenience. From our side, we have done some work on enhancement of the surrounding area — the road has been paved anew, external lighting has been restored. I am also very happy with our partnership with DTEK in aspects of retrofitting of Sotsmisto and BAM districts’ grids, where all possible actions are taken to ensure reliable power supply next autumn and winter, when Pivdennyi district will be left without the centralized heating,» Head of Kamianske Andriy Bilousov noted.

The renovated Customer Service Center will operate Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This Center, along with other 29 CSCs of DTEK Dnipro Grids, resumes its in-person reception of clients from August 17, 2020. With the quarantine restrictions in place — mandatory wearing of masks and sanitation of premises.
