DTEK Dnipro Grids reminds its customers of a need to submit electricity meter readings every month. There are five handy ways to do this. These tools are remote, so there is no need to visit the customer services. The latter is extremely important, giving the pandemic condition in our country.

DTEK serves the Ukraine’s interests and provides with remote services using which customers can interact with us without having to visit the company's offices in person. Now we provide almost 90% of our services online. The most convenient tools are available on our website, in your personal account. Also, you can reach our specialists for advice on Facebook, e-mail and by phone 24/7,” says Elena Laboha, Head of Customer Service Department at DTEK Dnipro Grids.

There are five remote channels to submit your electricity meter readings:

  • Simple and user-friendly web form on the DTEK Dnipro Grids website, no login needed;
  • Facebook messenger on the DTEK Dnipro Grids page;
  • Automatic service for submitting readings through the call center. Call the numbers +38 (056/066/067) 790-99-00 and press 2;
  • My Account of a Customer;
  • Chats in Viber at (066/067) 790-99-00;

Readme: readings should be submitted between the first and the forth calendar days of every month to ensure accurate electricity billing. If customers do not submit the meter readings, electricity consumption is calculated according to average monthly consumption.

As mentioned before, since the pandemic began, the DTEK Dnipro specialists responded to more than one million requests from customers related to the power distribution. Moreover, more than 950 thousand of them were handled through the remote services, such as website, email, messengers and call centers.
