KYIV REGION, JULY 22, 2022 DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids personal user account is a convenient business assistant, which is already being used by more than 10,000 customers

User account for legal entities (entrepreneurs, institutions, condominiums, etc.) is available at the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website. It takes into account all needs of business customers and is a reliable assistant in usage of electricity distribution services. The cabinet helps customers to promptly submit meter readings and electricity consumption reports, receive electricity distribution bills, reactive electricity flows bills, distributed electricity acceptance certificates, monitor made calculations, issue a calculations reconciliation certificate. More than 10,000 business customers are already enjoying its benefits.

“For convenience of its customers, DTEK develops remote service channels, including online. Personal user account is simple and user-friendly and it allows minimizing visits to the company’s offices, which is convenient and safe, especially during martial law. It became a convenient business tool. Currently, 10,480 out of 29,000 business customers present in the region are registered in it,” — told DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids representative.

In order to register in the personal user account, please go to the corresponding section on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website and select “Registration”. Then, follow menu prompts to enter information. To activate user account and to be able to use services online, business customers should have an electronic digital signature issued by "CSK CESARIS". To get an electronic digital signature (EDS) certificate please follow the link.

Customers, who have an electronic signature, receive bills in the electronic account of the business consumer, signed with the EDS. All documents: reports, bills, certificates, letters are stored in an electronic account archive.

DTEK is a reliable and responsible company. Due to the martial law, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids left the opportunity for business customers, who are unable to get an EDS, to submit reports unsigned. In order to do that, one should select “Submit report unsigned” on the website and follow the prompts to enter data. In this case, customers receive bills with information about estimated volumes via an email, indicated during report submission.
