The Minister of Energy presented state awards to four specialists of DTEK Dnipro Grids
On September 21, the Minister of Energy of Ukraine Herman Halushchenko held a visiting meeting in the Dnipropetrovsk RSA, dedicated to preparation of the region for winter. He personally honored energy workers of the Dnipropetrovsk region for their hard work and for maintaining the strategic industry during the war.
Certificates of honor and badges of the Ministry of Energy were awarded to 4 employees of DTEK Dnipro Grids: head of the Southern district of the grids and lead engineers of the company. Together with other specialists, they took an active part in restoration of the energy system of the region after shelling. They also provided aid in restoration of power supply to their colleagues in the east of Ukraine. Now, they are preparing the grids in the Dnipropetrovsk region for the upcoming winter.
“DTEK Is a foundation and support for normal life of the country and Ukrainians. We are proud of all energy workers, who risk their lives to hold the energy front. It is thanks to them that the region managed to pass the most difficult winter with electricity and heating. The next winter will also be difficult. But we have a huge experience now. We are working 24/7 to prepare for the new heating season,” – noted DTEK Dnipro Grids.
Let us remind that in May 2023, the Minister of Defense Oleksii Reznikov presented state awards to the energy workers of DTEK Dnipro Grids. Medals “For Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine” and “Badges of honor” were awarded to seven employees of the company. And in early September, two more employees of the company were presented with state awards of the Cabinet of Ministers.
