DTEK has restored power to more than 2,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region, left without electricity due to enemy shelling

Over the course of a week (June 20 through 26), DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency and repair crews managed to perform repairs on equipment and lines in 11 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region, left without electricity due to hostilities, thus restoring electricity to homes of 2,113 families. Specialists continue performing restoration activities as soon as it becomes possible.

Over the course of a week, the enemy has been constantly shelling settlements in the Kryvyi Rih district. Some homes require power restoration on multiple occasions due to frequent damage to electrical equipment. During the week, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists have restored electricity to 2,113 families in 11 settlements of the region. They have also restored power to the pump station that provides water to one of the towns in Apostolove community.

As of June 27, operation of all lines, damaged due to hostilities, was restored. Only few homes in a constantly shelled village of Zelenodolsk community remain without electricity. Grids here require repair almost every day. DTEK energy workers will be able to restore operation of lines that once again suffered from enemy attacks as soon as they obtain a permit from the military.
