DTEK energy workers restored electricity to more than 6,000 homes in the Dnipropetrovsk region that were de-energized due to the shelling

Over the course of the week, May 20 through 26, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to more than 6,000 families in the region, affected by russian attacks. DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists repair lines and electrical equipment, destroyed by the enemy, immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and the SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Last week, the enemy continued to terrorize the Dnipropetrovsk region. Russians shelled peaceful settlements from heavy artillery and attacked it with kamikaze drones, regularly damaging power lines and leaving residents of the region without electricity.

From May 20 to 26, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored power to 6,240 families that were de-energized due to the shelling. Yesterday alone, after yet another attacks, electricity has been restored to 1,400 homes in the south of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Restoration of electricity to nearly 30 more homes is ongoing.

DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. The works are carried out immediately after obtaining a permit for repairs from the SES and the AFU.
