DTEK energy workers completely restored power supply in the Dnipropetrovsk region after shelling the day before

Over the course of June 17, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews have restored electricity to 1,400 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region that were left without it due to shelling. Power supply in now fully restored. Despite difficult situation with hostilities, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from enemy shelling that regularly damages grids and leaves residents without electricity. Despite constant threat, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews continue to repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. The work is carried out immediately after obtaining a permit for repairs from SES and AFU. 

Yesterday, DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of the grids for 1,427 families in the south of the region that were left without electricity due to the artillery shelling the day before. Power supply is now fully restored.
