DTEK is a conscious company that cares about its customers. DTEK Kyiv Region Grids has prepared tips for potential large-scale outages due to bad weather. Information about emergency outages can be checked on the company's website in the section ‘No power?’ If you have found your address there, that means that our company already knows about the outage, and is busy restoring the power supply. If you have not found your address, you can report the outage using the Merezhi Online mobile application (the app is available in the AppStore and Google Play Market) or through private messages on the DTEK Kyiv Region Grids Facebook page.
DTEK Kyiv Region Grids also reminds of the need to comply with electrical safety rules. In strong winds, you should not be near power lines; do not approach the broken wire closer than 8-12 meters and in no case touch it. If you find wires that have fallen to the ground, or broken or sagging wires, open doors and hatches of electrical installations, as well as damaged poles, please inform the call center immediately.
