Kyivans will be able to find out the type of shutdown, applied at specific address at the moment, and tentative time of electricity restoration in the current shutdowns schedule service, posted on the DTEK Kyiv Grids website. This service helps customers of the company get information about the cause of electricity absence – accident, scheduled activities or stabilization/emergency power cutoff. It will also clarify when a shutdown may potentially end, if this shutdown is stabilization, emergency or a scheduled one.

A convenient search in the section “No electricity?” on the company’s website shall help find information about the following:

  • Local emergency or scheduled shutdowns on the grids of DTEK Kyiv Grids. When entering address in the search box, the customer gets information about a local shutdown and tentative time of electricity restoration;
  • Stabilization power cutoffs. Enter your address in the search box and get tentative schedule of shutdowns, applied only upon NPC Ukrenergo order;
  • Emergency power cutoffs. These are applied without any schedules when NPC Ukrenergo has a need to additionally balance the energy system. During emergency power cutoffs, electricity may be missing indefinitely. Additionally, during the emergency power cutoffs, information about current shutdowns at a specific address may be displayed with delay, while the time of electricity restoration may be extended for an unknown period of time;

Information about emergency power cutoffs and local emergency or scheduled shutdowns is updated every 30 minutes. The service is constantly improving, so please treat possible standalone delays in displaying of current shutdowns with understanding.

If there is no electricity, but your address is not a subject of scheduled shutdown, stabilization or emergency power cutoff, you can inform about it via convenient online channels – Telegram and Viber chatbot and our Facebook page.
