Reliable assistants: top 5 ways to report your meter readings in Kyiv Region

DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids has established convenient and user-friendly remote services for customers. They came in handy for customers in the pandemic. More and more customers of the company are sending readings for consumed kilowatts using online services. Over three months of this year, more than 335,000 residents of the region sent the readings remotely. One of the most popular services is an online account, which has been used by more than 82,000 customers. However, these are not the only remote services of the company.

“DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer focus and implements high-level service standards. Holidays are ahead. And the time to submit meter readings for the electricity used. Therefore, we offer reliable and user-friendly assistants- our remote services - to customers. Use the "Merezhi Online" mobile app, chatbots in Viber or Telegram, website, or message us on Facebook. It makes no difference how our operators get reports. All of them are processed 24/7 and are not left unattended,” says Vitalii Shaida, CEO of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

Choose the way to submit your readings that is the most convenient for you, and you are requested do this every month:

  • Merezhi Online mobile app (available on App Store and Google Play Market);
  • Web Form on the site, no registration required. You need to choose the area, put your customer number, type of your meter and night/day readings.
  • Online account available on DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website;
  • Chatbots on Viber or Telegram. You can find “DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids” if you search in by the company’s name;
  • Voice menu to report readings automatically. Call (044) 459-07-40, (067) 495-70-40, (093) 495-70-40 or (099) 495-70-40 and select 2. Then follow the voice prompts.

Readme: readings should be submitted every month between 1st and 3rd day to generate accurate consumption volumes for a calendar month. So that the supplier could form accurate bills for consumed electricity. If customers do not submit readings in a timely manner, the calculation is based on the average monthly consumption.
