DTEK Dnipro Electric Grids launched a new online service for individual customers “Concluding an agreement online". This service is useful for those who bought a house or apartment from a previous owner, inherited a home and renewing the electricity distribution agreement for themselves. Remotability and lack of need to visit the company's offices are among the main advantages of the service.

DTEK is building a new customer service: convenience and simplicity, ability to get 90% of services online. Every month, about 8 thousand requests from customers who want to renew an electricity distribution agreement are handled by our Customer Support Centers. Now you can do this remotely without leaving your home or office. It is much more convenient and significantly saves customers' time,” says Andriy Tereshchuk, DTEK Dnipro Grids General Director.

The service is especially relevant during the coronavirus pandemic. However, it will function even after quarantine, as it fully in line with the company's strategy to shift services online.

In order to use the new online service, the client needs to follow six simple step:

  • Go to the DTEK Dnipro Grids website to a special section, and familiarize yourself with the public distribution agreement;
  • Download forms to be filled in;
  • Fill in and sign the loaded documents;
  • Scan in PDF format or take high-quality photographs of completed and signed documents;
  • Fill out an online form and attach scanned copies of signed documents, as well as scanned copies of a passport, an identification number certificate, a document that determines the ownership or use of the facility (apartment), and a statement of consent of the co-owner (if there is one) on the relevant agreement conclusion;
  • Press Send;

Immediately after sending, the client will receive a message that his documents have been accepted. Then they will be forwarded to a specialist at DTEK Dnipro Grids. He will check them and, if there are questions or errors, he will ask for clarification or correction. If everything is OK with the documents, the client will receive scanned copies of the documentation package signed by the company, which will indicate the accession to the distribution agreement.
