New service from DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids: you can now conclude a distribution agreement online
DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids launched a new online service for private customers - "Conclusion of an agreement online". This service will come in handy for those who bought a house or apartment from a previous owner, inherited a home and renews the electricity distribution agreement. Therefore, there is no need to visit the company's offices in-person.
“DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer service. Therefore, we introduce modern services that are both convenient and available to each of our customers 24/7. The new service is the most comfortable and safe solution during the quarantine period and after its completion. Customers no longer need to visit the company's offices to enter into a distribution agreement. Now you can do it online. This saves a lot of time and simplifies the procedure,” says Vitalii Shaida, CEO of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.
There are six simple steps to use the new online service:
- Go to the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website, find this section and read the public agreement;
- Download the forms required for filling;
- Fill in and sign the documents;
- Scan in PDF format or take high-quality photographs of completed and signed documents;
- Fill out an online form and attach scanned copies or high-quality photographs: signed documents, a passport, a taxpayer number certificate, a document that defines the ownership or use of the object (apartment), and a statement of the co-owner consent (if any) to conclude the relevant agreement;
- Press Send;
Immediately after sending, the customer will receive a message that the documents have been accepted. Then a specialist from DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids will verify the documents. If there are any additional questions or errors, the company will contact you to clarify or correct the information. If everything is ok with the provided package, the customer will get scanned copies of documents signed by the company.
As previously reported, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids has launched chatbots in Viber and Telegram. A virtual digital assistant helps the company's private customers to receive the necessary information automatically. So now the residents of Kyiv Region can submit meter readings, get answers to frequently asked questions and report emergencies.
