Home alone: 3 services of DTEK Dnipro Grids for remote submission of meter readings

In order not to be distracted from household chores, we recommend submitting meter readings remotely. To do that, DTEK Dnipro Grids has three convenient services. The fastest of those is Viber and Telegram chatbot. The service is available 24/7 and it immediately conveys information to us thanks to the automatization of the system.
Submitting readings via Viber and Telegram chatbot takes a few minutes. To start using chatbot, please:
- enter “DTEK Dnipro Grids” in the search bar of Viber or Telegram messenger;
- undergo registration (for unauthorized customers);
- select “submit meter readings” in the menu and follow the menu prompts to submit information.
Current meter data should be submitted during the last 2 days of the current month and until the 3rd day of the next one. This allows us to determine the volume of electricity really consumed by you, and the suppliers – to bill the correct sum.
Besides chatbot, readings can be also submitted via other services of DTEK Dnipro Grids. Such as:
- web form on the energy company’s website without additional registration;
- IVR menu of the contact center for automatic submission of readings. Please call +38 (056/066/067/063) 790-99-00 and select “2”. Then, follow instructions for successful registration of readings.
