Online assistant: DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids recommends business customers to get the most of their Online Account

DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids has established convenient and user-friendly remote services for customers. One of these is the Online Account for business customers. There you can quickly submit meter readings and report on the electricity used, receive electricity bills, bills for reactive electricity flows, certificates of work performed, and get information about the distribution system operator operation.

DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer focus and introduces high-level service standards. Online account is user-friendly and saves your time. It has become a convenient tool for our business customers. Now 9,000 business customers are registered there out of 28,000 total in the region. In the first quarter, 19,200 reports on electricity consumed were sent through the online account,” says Vitalii Shaida, CEO of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

In order to register in your personal account, one should go to the corresponding section on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website and enter the data per the step-by-step prompts.

Through the online account, customers have the following options available:

  • Submit meter readings;
  • Submit a report on the electricity consumed;
  • Get invoices for the reagent, certificates of work performed and distribution invoices (if the contract provides for direct payment to the distribution system operator);
  • Revise the meter readings for the previous period;

To activate the online account and the ability to use services online, business customers should have an electronic digital signature issued by "CSK CESARIS".
