DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids online assistants to help you to report your meter readings on time

Thermal power generation30 September 2021
DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids has established some convenient and simple remote services to help the customers to submit their meter readings. Such services save time significantly and allow to report meter readings in a matter of minutes without leaving your home, without queues and waiting for a connection with an operator. You can use them via your computer or smartphone.

The data on the consumed electricity during a month should be sent to the Distribution System Operator, which is DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids in the Kyiv region. This company ensures the supply of electricity to homes and its metering, as well as maintaining the electric networks in the region. It is better to report readings on the last day of each month and no later than the 3rd day of the next month. Thus, the company could form accurate consumption volumes for a calendar month, and the universal service provider could generate accurate electricity bills.

“DTEK strives to become the benchmark of customer focus and implements modern service standards. These days are high time to report meter readings for used electricity. Therefore, we offer our customers to use reliable and fast assistants – our remote services. Use the Merezhi Online mobile app, Viber or Telegram chatbot, a website, messenger on Facebook. Each of them is convenient and has its own advantages. It is worth trying and finding the best option for yourself,” says Vitaliy Shaida, Director General at DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

You can submit readings through our top 5 easy-to-use channels:

  • Mobile application "Merezhi Online" (available in AppStore and Google Play Market);
  • Web form on the site, no registration is required. In this section, select a district, indicate the number of your customer account, the type of your meter and corresponding readings;
  • Customer account on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website;
  • Viber or Telegram You can find them by searching for ‘DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids’;
