Submit meter readings during power shutdowns – help DTEK Dnipro Grids determine the volume of electricity really consumed by you
When calculating the volume of electricity, consumed by you in August, DTEK Dnipro Grids considers meter readings, submitted from August 30 to September 3 only. The Distribution System Operator cannot exclude time periods when it had to apply schedules of stabilization shutdowns or emergency power shutdowns in accordance with the NPC Ukrenergo command. We rely exclusively on the data of your meter.
If the readings are not submitted by September 4, then the legislation requires to calculate the volume using average daily consumption during the similar period of the previous year – August 2023, when stabilization or emergency shutdowns have not been applied.
In order to avoid discrepancies in calculations and receive bills for the really consumed electricity only, please do not forget to submit readings in time.
The easiest and fastest way to do it is via the chatbot:
- pass the verification procedure (for unauthorized customers);
- select “Submit meter readings” in the menu and follow the prompts to submit information.
Additionally, an up-to-date information regarding shutdowns is always available in our chatbot.
