Why it is important to submit meter readings in time and how to do it more conveniently – explains DTEK Odesa Grids
In order to submit meter readings quickly and easily, DTEK Odesa Grids recommends all household customers to use Viber and Telegram chatbot. Over 200,000 customers use it every month. Meter readings are to be submitted during the period from the 30 day of the current month until the 3 day of the next one. An online service saves time and eliminates the need to visit Customer Service Centers, which is convenient and safe, especially in wartime.
“DTEK continues to develop the grids using modern digital technologies and based on the sustainable development principles.
