DTEK Dnipro Grids develops a modern customer service that is simple and available to all people of the region. The company has established remote services to resolve issues related to the electrical energy distribution without leaving your home. If there is a need to personally visit Customer Service Centers (CSC), the company has a remote service for customers - online pre-registration. Now people can choose the date and time of the visit convenient for them in a few clicks.

DTEK Dnipro Grids has established convenient remote services for its customers. They are available on the company's website, in the Viber, Telegram messengers and on the Facebook page. They were launched so that customers do not waste their time on trips to CSCs. Through them, you can remotely solve most of the issues related to the energy distribution.

“DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer focus and implements European service standards. We have introduced a number of new services so that customers can resolve issues remotely. At the same time, we create comfortable conditions for those who need an in-person visit to our CSCs. Online pre-registration is simple and convenient, and most importantly, it saves time. Almost 37,000 customers have used this service since the beginning of the year,” says Andrii Tereschiuk, Director General at DTEK Dnipro Grids.

You need to take 4 simple steps to pre-register your visit to the DTEK Dnipro Grids Customer Service Center online:

  • Go to the DTEK Dnipro Grids website in the section “Contact information of customer service centers”;
  • Choose a convenient CSC and click "Pre-register a visit";
