10,000 customers of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids have already tested our online service "Book an Electrician’s Visit"
“DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer focus. We do our best to improve our service, get closer to customers, and make it easier for them to communicate with the company. That is why we are introducing more and more services that allow us to resolve all issues related to the work of a distribution system operator remotely. Since the beginning of the year, 10,500 customers have used the service "Book an Electrician’s Visit". Such online service not only saves time, but there is no longer any need to visit the Customer Service Center,” says Vitaliy Shaida, CEO at DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.
To use the "Book an Electrician’s Visit" service, go to the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website in the "Request a service" section and select "Problems with the meter". Then choose a service, fill out the application form and wait for confirmation.

The service can be requested even on weekends and holidays at a time convenient for a customer. DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids energy workers are available 7 days a week from 8:00AM to 8:00PM.
The online service "Book an Electrician’s Visit" for servicing the electricity meter was launched by DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids in September 2019. First, it first covered customers in the northern areas of Kyiv Region, such as Buchansky and Vyshgorodsky Districts*. In August 2020, the service became available for customers in the west of Kyiv Region - Obukhiv and Fastiv Districts*. Since October, residents of the east of the region - Brovarsky and Boryspil Districts* have been able to book the exact date of an electrician’s visit to service the meter. In December 2020, the service became available for customers in the southern region - Belotserkovsky District*.
* a new administrative and territorial division of Ukraine at the regional and basic levels was approved by the government of Ukraine in June 2020 and by a resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in July 2020.
