Our customers are now able to use the DTEK Dnipro Grids website to remotely order meter inspection, box or circuit breaker serviceability check, sealing, electricity connection or disconnection, as well as to purchase a complex service for installation of the “Day-Night” Meter. 

The new feature offers the following: 

• Saves time: file an application on the website in a matter of minutes instead of visiting our offices or calling the contact center. 

• Clear instructions: answering a few questions in the online questionary is enough to form an application. 

• 24/7 status check: you will be able to see at which stage your application currently is.

Let us remind that when you order our two-zone “Day-Night” meter you get a complex service. Besides getting the new meter, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists will also carry out the following: programming the device for the day/night tariff, dismantling an old meter, installing and sealing of the new one.
