"Dual education is a great opportunity to try on a profession, a future job and, moreover, to get a salary. Of course, it is necessary to study the theory from books and textbooks. But while studying at the company, I see how all the processes that we learnt about in classrooms look like in real life. This is a very good experience, the most important stage in my life. In addition, I really like the team - all friendly and always help us, the young,"- says Vyacheslav Timofeev, a student of electrician at DTEK Donetsk Grids, who is trained under the Dual Education program this year.
Today, 10 students who studied under the dual education program have become employees at DTEK Donetsk Grids. In the 2021-2022 school year, the company plans to accept 20 more students.
To become a participant in the DTEK Donetsk Grids dual training program in the next 2021-2022 school year, a student should be getting an education in the energy field, be a final year student of one of the educational institutions that has entered into an agreement with the company, fill out a questionnaire and go through the selection process.
