Energy workers restored power to 53,500 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region over the course of the week

Over the past week, August 21 through 27, DTEK energy workers have restored electricity to 53,500 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region. They were left without power supply due to enemy artillery shelling and missile strikes. DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists repair lines and electrical equipment, destroyed by the enemy, immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from russian missile and artillery strikes that, among other things, destroy electrical infrastructure of towns and villages. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews are doing everything possible to repair damage as soon as possible. They commence work immediately after obtaining permission and access to the site of damage from the AFU and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.  

Over the past week, August 21 through 27, DTEK specialists have restored power to 53,492 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region that were de-energized due to hostilities. 

Power supply is now fully restored to all affected districts.
