The Kyiv region is now in the red lockdown zone declared Saturday, October 30. Therefore, all red zone restrictions are now effective in the region. DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids takes care of the customers and employees safety, thus the company temporarily stops in-person customer visits to the Customer Service Centers. The company provides all services and reference information remotely, including through online channels that are available 24/7.

“DTEK is a reliable and responsible company. We have established convenient and easy-to-use remote channels to contact the company. Thanks to them, customers can solve all their electricity related issues while staying at home. Through online services offered by the company the customers can send meter readings, report or find out information about an outage. In addition, our customers can request connection to the network or increase the capacity, submit a request related to meters remotely,” says Vitaliy Shaida, General Director for DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

Choose a convenient way to contact the company:

  • DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website;
  • Viber or Telegram chatbots;
  • Customer account on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website;
  • Merezhi Online mobile application (the application is available in the AppStore or Google Play Market);
  • IVR-menu of the call center: (044) 4590740, (067) 4957040, (093) 495-70-40 or (099) 495-70-40;

If your issue provides for a written request to the company and cannot be resolved through remote service channels, there are special boxes for correspondence on the facades of all customer service centers provided by DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.
