Taking care of customers: DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids recommends using remote services during the lockdown

The Kyiv region is now in the red lockdown zone declared Saturday, October 30. Therefore, all red zone restrictions are now effective in the region. DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids takes care of the customers and employees safety, thus the company temporarily stops in-person customer visits to the Customer Service Centers. The company provides all services and reference information remotely, including through online channels that are available 24/7.

Through online services offered by the company the customers can send meter readings, report or find out information about an outage.
