DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to more than 10,000 homes over the course of two days

On May 28 and 29, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to restore power to 10 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of more than 10,000 families. Specialists of the energy company are doing everything possible to restore power supply in the frontline region immediately once it becomes possible.

Over the past two days, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews managed to completely or partially restore electricity to 10 settlements, de-energized due to shelling, thus restoring power to homes of 10,437 families.

Shelling of the Donetsk region continues. According to the head of the region Vadym Filashkin, the enemy shelled settlements of the region 16 times yesterday. Hostilities continue to destroy peaceful towns and villages, demolishing the energy infrastructure in particular. Specialists of the energy company do not always have access to the work sites due to the security situation in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 827 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region.
