DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 5,000 families in 14 settlements over the course of the day

On June 7, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to completely or partially restore power to 14 settlements, thus restoring access to electricity for 5,065 families. 

Heavy fighting is underway in the Donetsk region. According to the Ministry of Defense, the enemy continues to concentrate main efforts on the attempts to completely seize Luhansk and Donetsk regions, where 30 battles occurred over the course of the day. 

Due to constant damage of grids and equipment by shelling, 108 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 470 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible.
