A service for legal entities: work on the distribution agreement with DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids online

A business owner or a representative of the utility company can remotely conclude, renegotiate, amend or terminate the agreement with the company at his convenient time via Agreement Online on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website. The entire process is trackable on your smartphone: from submission of documents to the receipt of soft copy of the finished agreement. 

“We value and respect our customers’ time and constantly work on providing them with all services quickly and remotely. This is why we have launched an Agreement Online service for legal entities. Now, the customer will be able to solve issues related to change of the premise owner, change of contact details, settle contractual relations regarding existing facilities, etc., without leaving his office. Every request will be highlighted in the online user account, while we will additionally inform about key stages of its review. Signing the documents does not even require printing anything or going anywhere– a digital electronic signature is available,” – commented DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids CEO Vitalii Shaida.

Select “Legal Customer” in the questionary – then we will advise what documents should be uploaded and inform if any additional data is required.
