Schedule an Electrician's Visit service is now available to all DTEK Kyiv Region Grids customers
DTEK understands the customers’ needs. The company is building a new customer service, which calls for convenience and simplicity, possibility to get 90% of services online, information sharing through customer-friendly channels, and planning the day, including time of an electrician’s visit. The Schedule an Electrician's Visit service to maintain the electricity meter has been available online at DTEK Kyiv Region Grids since September 2019. It initially covered customers in the north of Kyiv Region, namely the Bucha and Vyshhorod Districts*. In August 2020, the service became available to customers of the western Kyiv region - Obukhiv and Fastiv Districts*. Starting October, residents of the eastern region of Brovarsky and Boryspil Districts* have had the opportunity to remotely choose the exact date and time of the electrician's visit to do the job, like installation, replacement, repair or unsealing or sealing the meter.

Since we introduced this service back in September 2019, the company has received more than 21,000 requests from customers. We are working to expand the list of customer remote services that are quite relevant under quarantine restrictions.”
The Schedule an Electrician's Visit service can be requested remotely, even on weekends and holidays at time when convenient for our customer. DTEK Kyiv Region Grids specialists work 7 days a week from 8:00AM until 08:00PM.
To use the service remotely, the customer needs to go to the DTEK Kyiv Region Grids website, section "Meter Maintenance Request", fill in the request form and wait for confirmation.
DTEK Kyiv Region Grids customers also can fill in an online form on the company's website to request the connection to DTEK Kyiv Region Grids. The customers can also give their meter readings through the mobile app Merezhi Online. The app is available in the AppStore and Google Play Market. You can also use the mobile application to find out about the schedule of routine works, and notify the company about the observed inconsistences in electrical installations within Kyiv Region.
As previously reported, following the general meeting of the company's shareholders, PJSC Kyivoblenerho was renamed to DTEK Kyiv Region Grids, PJSC. The renaming of the company is part of DTEK's plan to transform Kyivoblenerho into a modern service company.
