Service that is nearby: Customer Service Centers can be visited regardless of official residency

DTEK Dnipro Grids develops a modern customer service that is convenient and available to all our customers. Now they can get most of the services through remote and online channels, such as chatbots on Viber and Telegram, company website, official Facebook and Instagram pages, call center. Customer Service Centers are working per the European model and provide services to customers, regardless of their official residency. Through such a change, customers can choose any center they want to get services– the nearest or the least crowded one.

DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer focus and implements high-level service standards. All our 28 service centers now accept customers independent of their official residence. People can contact any center convenient for them. Regardless of whether it is a private or a business customer and where their customer account is opened,” says Andrii Tereshchuk, CEO of DTEK Dnipro Grids.

All customer service centers are open by appointment. In order to get a service, you need to fill out the form on the website. Then choose the most suitable center and time of visit, get confirmation, and attend the center, while carefully respecting anti-COVID measures.

At the same time, the company is consistently improving the service. They develop online and other customer-friendly service channels. For example, DTEK Dnipro Grids has remote channels that are available 24/7, such as the website, renewed chatbots on Telegram or Viber, official Facebook page and call center phones at (056/066/067) 790-99-00.

With these tools, customers can send their meter readings, learn about planned and emergency power outages, and many more. In addition, the company's customers can conclude and amend the contract for the distribution of electricity through online services, apply for connection to networks or increase in capacity (for details, see VIDEO). Also, they can settle any issue related to replacement or operation meters.

DTEK Dnipro Grids recommends that customers minimize their visits to the centers and settle their issues through remote services. We advise you to visit the Customer Service Centers in those situations when your presence is required, for example, in matters related to metering services.
