DTEK serves the interests of Ukraine, takes care of its customers, and does everything to ensure that there is electricity available in their homes. The energy workers of DTEK Donetsk Grids are on the alert to quickly eliminate any potential failure if necessary.
Information about outages can be checked on the company's website in the Scheduled and Emergency Outages Section. If your address is there, that means that the energy workers know about the shutdown. If you have not found your address, leave a message on the company's website in the same section, call the call center (0629) 450 473, (099/096) 4500473 or message DTEK Donetsk Grids on Facebook. You can also report the lack of electricity using the chatbot on Viber and Telegram.

DTEK Donetsk Grids reminds of the need to comply with electrical safety rules:
- Do not stay near power lines in case of strong wind;
- Do not approach the broken wire closer than 8-12 meters and in no case touch it;
- If you find wires that have fallen to the ground, broken or sagging wires, open doors and hatches of electrical installations, as well as damaged supports, please report this to the call center of the energy company or send a messages on our Facebook;
