They are available 24/7. It is convenient, fast and does not require personal visits to the company’s offices, which is especially relevant during martial law, when there is a threat of enemy strikes, and for customers in evacuation.

They require a PC or a smartphone, connected to the Internet. Customers can use these services 24/7 to get required information about electricity distribution in the Kyiv region or the service itself.
