Fast, convenient and safe – online services for customers of the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids

Online customer interaction channels are available in DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids. Residents of the Kyiv region can use them to get required services and advices related to electricity distribution. They are available 24/7. It is convenient, fast and does not require personal visits to the company’s offices, which is especially relevant during martial law, when there is a threat of enemy strikes, and for customers in evacuation.

Currently, there are 5 online tools for customer interaction available in the company. These are: chatbot, company’s website, Facebook page, email and “Merezhi online” mobile application. They require a PC or a smartphone, connected to the Internet. Customers can use these services 24/7 to get required information about electricity distribution in the Kyiv region or the service itself.

“DTEK is a reliable and responsible company. We understand how important it is for our customers to resolve all issues, associated with the company’s operation, in a fast and simple manner. Our remote services will help them with that. They do not require personal visits to the company’s offices, which is particularly important during martial law and constant threat of missile strikes. As for the customers, who have to stay in evacuation, these services became almost the only way to solve issues related to electricity distribution and to communicate with DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids,” – explained the company.
