Electricity restored to more than 4,000 families: DTEK Donetsk Grids continues to repair the grids after hostilities
On October 25, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have completely or partially restored power to 17 settlements in the Donetsk region that constantly suffers from shelling, missile strikes and air assaults, thus restoring electricity to 4,052 families.
According to the head of the Donetsk region Pavlo Kyrylenko, frontline communities in the center and in the north of the region have been shelled last night.
79 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 245 days in a row and are repairing equipment and lines once it becomes possible.
