Electricity restored to almost 4,000 families: DTEK Donetsk Grids has restored power to 10 settlements in the Donetsk region over the course of a day
On October 11, specialists of the energy company managed to completely or partially restore service to residents of 10 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of 3,767 families in the constantly shelled Bakhmut, Kramatorsk and Pokrovsk districts.
For instance, electricity has been restored to 1,500 families in Toretsk community and another 1,500 families in Avdiivka community. Energy workers also managed to work in Marinka, Bakhmut and Sloviansk communities.
At the same time, specialists of the energy company were able to restore power to homes of 57,590 families in 73 settlements of the Donetsk region during the period from October 3 to 11.
85 settlements of the region remain without electricity. The most difficult directions are Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Toretsk, Marinka and Lyman.
Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
