DTEK Dnipro Grids is Handling Aftermath of Severe Weather

Some settlements were without power due to severe weather that hit Dnipropetrovsk Region on the night of May 17. Emergency teams of DTEK Dnipro Grids work under no timeline 24/7 to complete storm recovery efforts and get electricity back on to customers' homes quickly.

Heavy wind and thunderstorm activated the automatic protection system of the power line. Most blackouts on power lines are in Nikopol, Shirokovsky and Pyatikhatsky Districts. Now 37 settlements are reported without electricity in Dnipropetrovsk Region, about 30 more are partially without electricity. DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers promptly restore power supply to residents of the region.

DTEK serves the Ukraine’s interests, takes care of its customers, and does everything to ensure that their homes always have electricity, warmth, and comfort. Emergency teams are working under no timeline and will work 24/7 to ensure a reliable power supply.

DTEK Dnipro Grids asks residents of the region to be careful and not to approach bare wires and broken lines.

Information about outages can be checked in the corresponding section on the company's website. If your address is there, the energy workers already know about the problem and are busy restoring the power supply.
