DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists have restored electricity to more than 5,000 homes in less than 24 hours

On September 24, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews have restored power to more than 5,000 families of residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region that were left without electricity due to shelling the day before, thus restoring electricity to 7 settlements in Nikopol and Pokrovsk districts. Our specialists commence work immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region was shelled hard again on September 23 and 24.

On September 24, DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers managed to restore power to 7 settlements of the region, de-energized the day before, thus restoring electricity to 5,331 families in Nikopol and Pokrovsk districts. Emergency crews have promptly restored infrastructure of grids, once they obtained a permit for repairs from AFU and SES.

Active shelling of the region continues. About 10,000 households remain without electricity. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region, once they obtain a permit for work performance from AFU and SES.
