Boryspil and Vyshgorod Districts* suffered the most from the bad weather. DTEK Kyiv Region Grids crews were mobilized in order to eliminate the consequences of bad weather and restore the operation of those network segments broken by fallen trees as quickly as possible. We also involved additional field teams and worked 24/7 until all of our customers have power supply in full.

DTEK Kyiv Region Grids serves the interests of Ukraine, takes care of its customers and understands that the availability of permanent and uninterrupted power supply ensures safety and comfort of the region's residents. We involved 62 teams to eliminate accidents, i.e. 196 company specialists and 104 units of equipment. Now only 5 settlements in Vyshgorodsky and Brovarsky Districts* remain completely de-energized. The teams work 24/7 and make every effort to return the light to the homes of all our customers as soon as possible,” says Vitalii Shaida, DTEK Kyiv Region Grids CEO.

DTEK is a conscious company that cares about its customers. DTEK Kyiv Region Grids has prepared tips for potential large-scale outages due to bad weather. Information about emergency outages can be checked on the company's website in the section ‘No power?’ If you have found your address there, that means that our company already knows about the outage, and is busy restoring the power supply. If you have not found your address, you can report the outage using the Merezhi Online mobile application (the app is available in the AppStore and Google Play Market) or through private messages on the DTEK Kyiv Region Grids Facebook page.
