DTEK Dnipro Grids has restored power to 15,000 families, left without electricity due to the November 18 night shelling of one of the industrial cities of the region. In just 4 hours, specialists managed to energize customers via the backup circuit and restore electricity to homes of the city residents, who received electricity via the broken line. Our goal is to do everything possible to support residents of the region in the difficult conditions of war in the country.

On the night of November 18, rf’s shelling of the energy infrastructure has broken a high-voltage line that powers a third of the districts of one of the industrial cities of the Dnipropetrovsk region, leaving 15,000 families without power supply.

Distribution System Operator is doing everything necessary to provide electricity to residents of the region after the enemy attacks on the critical electricity supply facilities.

In just 4 hours, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists managed to restore electricity supply to all residents of the region via backup power circuits.

Due to the increased load, the company asks customers to consume electricity reasonably and not to overload the grids – switch on energy-consuming appliances in turn.

In accordance with NPC Ukrenergo order, emergency power cutoffs are now taking place in the region. This is a necessary action, required to stabilize the energy system and avoid emergencies on equipment.

The schedules of stabilization power cutoffs are no longer valid.

DTEK energy workers together with NPC Ukrenergo specialists, other emergency services and state authorities are doing everything possible to stabilize the situation as soon as possible.

We believe in Victory!
