#AskAboutLight: DTEK Donetsk Grids General Director to hold a virtual meeting with residents of the region

DTEK Donetsk Grids has launched a series of virtual meetings with experts in the energy industry. On October 28, residents of the region will be able to communicate with the general director of the company, Oleksii Degtyarev, within the #AskAboutLight project. The live stream will be on the company's Facebook page, during which the general director will answer the questions from the residents.

“DTEK strives to become the benchmark for customer focus and implements European service standards. We strive to make the energy sector closer and easily understandable for our customers, so we will hold a virtual meeting, during which we will talk about energy issues and answer customer questions,” says Oleksii Degtyarev.

The virtual meeting starts at 1:00PM. You can join the live stream on the DTEK Donetsk Grids Facebook page.

For an hour, the General Director will be answering questions that people posted under the corresponding publication on the DTEK Donetsk Grids page. Urgent ones were answered immediately, the rest will be answered during the stream.

You can also ask questions during the live stream. If your questions require a custom solution, please, direct message us indicating your customer data, such as full name, account number or full address. The answers will be given during the virtual meeting. If Oleksii Degtyarev does not have time to answer some of them, the answers will be published on the company's page after the live stream.
