#AskAboutTheLight: General Director of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids to hold a virtual meeting with the residents of the region

DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids launched a series of virtual meetings with experts in the energy industry. On November 3, within the #AskAboutTheLight project, residents of the region can talk to the general director of the company Vitaly Shaida. It will be a live stream hold on the company's Facebook page, during which the director will give answers to customer questions.

“DTEK strives to become the benchmark of customer focus and implements high-level service standards. We strive to make energy close and clear for customers, so we will hold an online meeting. I hope I will give comprehensive answers to customers’ questions related to the company work and everything related to the electricity distribution in your houses and apartments,” says Vitaliy Shaida, General Director for DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

The online meeting will start at 1:00PM. You can join the live stream on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids Facebook page.

Within an hour, the General Director will answer the questions posted under the relevant publication on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids page. The company's specialists answered urgent ones immediately, the rest will be answered during the stream.

You can also ask questions during the live stream. The answers will be given during the virtual meeting. If Vitaly Shaida does not have enough time to answer all the questions, the answer will be published on the company's page after the live stream.
