Active hostilities are underway in the Donetsk region. Despite shelling, energy workers managed to obtain a permit from the military and restore power to 7 settlements in the Donetsk region, thus restoring electricity to more than 27,000 families. On September 15, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews have completely or partially restored power to 7 settlements of the region, thus restoring electricity to homes of 27,669 families in Bakhmut, Kramatorsk and Pokrovsk districts.

The majority of restorations yesterday were in Sloviansk community, where energy workers have restored electricity to more than 24,000 families. Electricity was also restored to more than 3,000 homes in Toretsk community. Additionally, energy workers, with the permission of the military, managed to work in Avdiivka, Marinka and Kostiantynivka communities yesterday.

The situation in the region remains extremely difficult. The most difficult directions are Avdiivka, Marinka, Toretsk and Bakhmut. 89 settlements of the region remain without electricity. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
