DTEK Kyiv Region Grids has created handy and user-friendly services for our customers to submit electricity meter readings. We encourage using them on time. Such services are 100% remote; therefore, there is no need to visit company offices. That, in the context of COVID pandemic in the country and the world, is a mandatory requirement for service companies.

DTEK Kyiv Region Grids reminds our customers of a need to submit electricity meter readings every month (between the first and the third calendar days of a month) to ensure accurate electricity billing. If the readings are not transmitted regularly and on time, then the amount payable is calculated based on the forecast, but not actual consumption.

DTEK cares about its customers and understands their needs. We are introducing modern services that are user friendly and available for each of our customers. In addition to the existing services, we launched a mobile application named "Merezhi Online" (Grids Online). In addition to the option to submit readings, you can use the app to learn about the networks maintenance schedule, and inform the company about the defects noticed at electrical installations in Kyiv Region,” says Vitalii Shaida, DTEK Kyiv Region Grids CEO.

There are three remote channels to submit your electricity meter readings:

  • My Account of a Customer on the DTEK Kyiv Region Grids website;
  • Call center. You can submit the readings here in automatic mode, following the voice prompts. To do this, call (044) 459 07 40, (067) 495 70 40, (093) 495-70-40 or (099) 495-70-40;
  • “Merezhi Online” app;

* Please note that between the 29th and 6th of every month, My Account has limited functionality, and there is no possibility to register a new account.

A short video on why it is important to submit electricity meter readings as of the first day of the month can be found on Facebook.

As previously reported, since the pandemic began, DTEK Kyiv Region Grids specialists have responded to more than 800 thousand requests related to the electricity distribution.
