Customers can schedule their visit to the DTEK Dnipro Grids Customer Service Centers (CSC) again. Such decision was made considering the epidemiological situation, and that the region is in the yellow zone now. Customers can schedule their visit to a CSC on the company's website and choose a convenient date and time of their visit.

“DTEK strives to become the benchmark of customer focus and implements high-level standards of customer service. We are developing remote services so that people can get the needed help and info 24×7 without leaving their homes. At the same time, understanding the needs of our customers, our CSCs are open again for those customers who need to resolve issues requiring their personal presence. Such customers can visit the centers by appointment while observing epidemic standards,” says Andriy Tereshchuk, Head of DTEK Dnipro Grids.
