Because of such severe situation with the COVID-19 incidence, DTEK Donetsk Grids will not accept customers at the Service Centers temporarily starting October 18. All services will be provided remotely. Having received your request through any of the communication channels, our employees will provide you with the required advice and give information on how to request and receive any service.
