DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids Customer Service Centers to see customers by appointment again

Customers schedule their visit to six Customer Service Centers (CSCs) again. Such decision was made considering the epidemiological situation in the region. Customers can book their visit to a CSC on the company's website and choose a convenient date and time of their visit.

“DTEK strives to become the benchmark of customer focus and implements high-level standards of customer service. We are developing remote services so that our customers can get help and advice without leaving their home 24×7. At the same time, understanding the needs of our customers, six CSCs are accepting customers by appointment. Currently, the most visited centers in Kyiv, Belaya Tserkov, Boryspil, Brovary, Vishneve and Obukhiv are open for customer visits,” says Vitaliy Shaida, Head of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

To book an appointment online, please, take a few simple steps:

  • Go to the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids website, and find section “Addresses and open hours of Customer Service Centers”;
  • Choose your Customer Service Center and click Sign Up;
  • Fill in a short form, choosing the date and time of a visit, and click send;
  • Get confirmation by e-mail and visit the center on the scheduled day and time;

Please note that customers can visit the Customer Service Centers by appointment only and if they have one of the following documents:

  • Green COVID certificate (valid for 365 days);
  • International vaccination certificate (valid for 365 days);
  • Negative PCR or rapid antigen test result (valid for 72 hours);
  • Recovery certificate generated on the Diia portal (valid for 105 days);

At the same time, during the pandemic, the company encourages customers to make the most of the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids remote services, the list of which is constantly expanding.

Having received a request through any of the communication channels, the company's employees will provide the necessary advice and information on how to arrange and receive the service.

As previously reported, on October 30, the red zone of epidemic danger was declared in the Kyiv region. Due to the restrictions implied by the red zone, and for customers and company employees’ safety, the Customer Service Centers opening hours have been changed.
