DTEK Donetsk Grids CSCs resumed taking customers by appointment in Kramatorsk, Bakhmut and Pokrovsk

To schedule your visit, you need to take a few simple steps:
- Go to a special section on the DTEK Donetsk Grids website;
- Choose your Customer Service Center and click Book an Appointment;
- Fill out a short questionnaire, indicate your full name, your phone number and email;
- Choose the type of services, date, and time of visiting the center convenient for you;
At the booked time, the administrator will meet the customer in the center and assist in choosing a service in the electronic queue terminal. Then you will be invited to a specialist per your ticket number.
