DTEK Donetsk Grids Customer Service Centers in Kramatorsk, Bakhmut and Pokrovsk are taking customers by appointment again. The company carefully considered the epidemiological situation in the region and decided to reopen the centers. Residents can book a consultation with a specialist at the Customer Service Center (CSC) on the company's website and choose date and time of visit convenient for them.
