DTEK Odesa Grids promotes modern customer service. The company opened a new high-level Customer Service Center in Odesa, named Yuzhny (Southern). For the convenience of customers, it has an electronic queue system and waiting areas with an air conditioning system. The new center, as well as the five existing customer service centers that the company opened in Odesa Region in 2020, is adapted for visitors with strollers and disabilities. At the same time, the company emphasizes that during the pandemic restrictions, the centers provide only those services requiring personal presence, such as the sale and maintenance of metering devices, an increase in capacity, and the transition to electric heating. The company has remote service channels that are available 24/7, where you can get information on all other issues.

The new Yuzhny Customer Service Center is located at 94, Akademika Koroleva str., Odesa. The Yuzhny Center, like all other customer service centers, operates in a limited mode, meaning that it is available for customers who booked a visit online. The Center will work in a usual mode after the quarantine is over. For the convenience of customers, DTEK Odesa Grids offers remote service channels available online 24/7. The company website, the Line of Light app, Telegram and Viber chatbots, email call-center@oblenergo.odessa.ua, pages on Facebook or Instagram, or call center numbers (048) 705 90 90, (068 ) 750 90 90, (095) 750 90 90. With these tools, customers can submit meter readings, request connections, conclude an agreement, etc.

DTEK is a company that implements high-level standards of customer service in Ukraine. The new customer service is about the possibility of communicating with the company through means of communication convenient to a consumer. We have already introduced a number of services that allow our customers to receive about 60% of services online without offline visits, which is especially important during the pandemic. By the way, at the beginning of 2019, only 20% of popular services could be requested online. At the same time, it was DTEK Odesa Grids that was the first in the region to introduce a new format for working with customer - high-quality and fast service in modern centers. We do our best to ensure that our customers receive high-level service,” says Oleksandr Fomenko, DTEK Odesa Grids CEO.

Before 2020, customers in Odesa could only go to the local power distribution offices. For the first time, DTEK Odesa Grids introduced a high-level service format in the region - modern and comfortable centers for communication with customers.

Therefore, in 2020, DTEK Odesa Grids opened five modern customer service centers across Odesa Region, namely Severny (Odesa), Nerubaysky, Tatarbunarsky, Belgorod and Belgorod-Dnestrovsky (Odesa Region). At the beginning of 2021, the Yuzhny Service Center was opened. There are plans to open another center in Izmail by the end of the year.

CSCs work Monday-Thursday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, from 8:00AM to 4:00PM on Friday. Saturday and Sunday are days off. CSCs comply with all pandemic-related restrictions, including a break for a disinfection.

Please, be reminded that you can visit the DTEK Odesa Grids website to check which centers are open during the quarantine, find out the current opening hours, and book the time of your visit.
