DTEK Kyiv Region Grids reminds customers of the need to submit electricity meter readings every month (as of the first day). For this, the company has established a number of convenient remote services. You can also use them to get advice about the company's services, familiarize yourself with the list of required documents, and apply for certain services. The main advantage of remote channels is that they save time and resolve a number of issues remotely - without leaving home, which means safely. The services are available 24/7.

DTEK serves the interests of Ukraine. For the convenience and safety of our customers in a pandemic, DTEK Kyiv Region Grids has introduced some convenient online services and remote communication channels. Kyiv Region people now have a wide range of communication options that they can use to submit readings, make requests for an electrician's visit and connection services, or ask any question regarding electricity distribution services. These include the company's website, mobile application Merezhi Online (Grids Online), e-mail info.koe@koe.vsei.ua and the official Facebook page. All of them are available 24/7.

DTEK cares about its customers and understands their needs. Therefore, we introduce modern service tools, which are convenient and available for each of our customers. During the year, we processed more than 2.7 million customer requests. We understand how important it is to quickly deal with each of them. Therefore, they are all processed 24/7, and are not left without an answer,” - says Vitalii Shaida, DTEK Kyiv Region Grids CEO.
