DTEK Donetsk Grids CSC is reopen by prior appointment in Slavyansk

DTEK Donetsk Grids Customer Service Center is reopen by prior appointment time in Slavyansk. At the same, the company recommends that customers make the most of the company's remote services during the pandemic.

To schedule your visit online, you need to take a few simple steps:

  • Go to a special section on the DTEK Donetsk Grids website;
  • Choose your Customer Service Center and click ‘Sign Up’;
  • Fill out a short questionnaire, indicate your last name, first name, patronymic, your phone number and email;
  • Choose the type of services, convenient date, and time of visiting the center;

At the appointed time, an administrator will meet a customer in the center and assist in choosing a topic in the electronic queue terminal. Then, by the number on the ticket, you will be invited to see a specialist.
