DTEK Donetsk Grids is switching to remote service in Toretsk, Bakhmut, Slavyansk, Pokrovsk

Starting April 16, DTEK Donetsk Grids temporarily stops accepting customers at Customer Service Centers in Toretsk, Bakhmut, Slavyansk, Pokrovsk due to the aggravation of the COVID-19 situation. All services will be provided remotely. Earlier, Service Centers in Mariupol and Kramatorsk switched to remote customer service. Having received your request through any of the communication channels, our employees will give you an advice and provide information on how to request and receive the service.
