To promptly restore power supply to customers' homes and eliminate the consequences of severe weather, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids energy workers have been working 24/7 for the past three days. 75 teams were involved in the emergency response works. It was quite a challenging work, because a lot of trees and branches fell on power lines or blocked the way to the accident site.

DTEK is a reliable and conscious company that works 24/7 to provide all customers with electricity. Most blackouts were on Friday. Our energy workers restored power supply in 67 settlements that were completely de-energized and in 92 settlements that were partially de-energized. Within three days, the company's experts returned the power to the homes of 55,665 residents of the region. Now our experts are working on individual requests from customers that are not related to blackouts caused by severe weather and make every effort to return the power to our customers as soon as possible,” says Vitaliy Shaida, CEO of DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.

Tips for possible massive outages due to severe weather: information on outages can be checked on the company's website in the section “No power?”. If your address is there, our experts already know about the outage and restore the power supply. If you did not find your address, please report the disconnection in a convenient way: via the mobile app Merezhi Online (the app is available in the AppStore and Google Play Market), the chatbot on Viber and Telegram, or direct messages on the DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids page on Facebook.
