Restorations after the shelling: DTEK Dnipro Grids restored electricity to 101,000 homes over the course of the week
The Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from russian strikes that cause power outages for the residents of the region. Last week, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored power to 101,006 homes, left without electricity due to the shelling.
“One of the large-scale outages happened after recent massive strike on Kryvyi Rih. Over 80,000 families were left without power supply. Our specialists worked all night long to restore electricity to the homes of citizens as soon as possible. By 5 a.m., all of them were energized. Despite the danger and continuous enemy attacks, we continue to provide residents with electricity,” – commented DTEK Dnipro Grids CEO Andrii Tereshchuk.
Energy workers continue to repair the grids in the region upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
